Callcenter that keeps calling for surveys or "imporant business calls", they always ask for the manager. They keep stalking us despite us explicitly asking them to stop calling us, sometimes several times per day.

This number attempted to call me twice today, once at around 10:00 am and a second time at 1:00 pm. I picked up the latter call and the guy wanted me to confirm who I was, I asked for further details (without confirming mine) and the man said his name was 'Arnold' but refused to tell me anything about the purpose of the call. He then got annoyed that I wasn't prepared to confirm my name. I pointed out that his call was unsolicited and rang off.

I have been repeatedly text by this company and being charges for this I have no idea who they are and I have to call a premium number to try and stop them charging me. if it carries on i will cancel my contract
