Orange call centers in pee poor countries like India. Not suppressed my number gets sold on. New UK laws for cold callers are in force, but do they have the manpower to actually enforce them?

My caller display showed international 01242513505. Had two call in last hour said from BT, advised my router faulty, told me go turn on computer immediately almost barking instructions......got. Dry aggressive when I told him I did not have q computer/laptop etc. Second call I said shall I just give you all my bank details and things now so we don t have to waste each other s time LOL his response was to call me a rude word and hang up ......ohh wait they are ringing me again.......

0161 9741694 have just been blocked by me as again they ignore my request to stop calling me. They ask about a car accident I have had in the last 2.5 years which I have not had. I asked him to remove my name and number from their list and then he put me onto someone else who was pushing the same agenda. Not sure how they got my number but as i answered the person was obviously talking to someone else, very loudly! i asked who they were and she told me she was calling from Insure4less - never heard of them and not sure how they got my number.

Caller advised they were from "Chase Alexander" - asked for me by name - regarding RTC. I asked when was the RTC (last one I had was 2011), they replied in the last 2 years. Told them the last RTC was before that. They asked if they had their records mixed up with someone else at my address. I asked what address they had for me and they hung up. Sounds like they are trying to obtain personal details - possible vishing scam - AVOID!!!
