They phoned me to say they were Microsoft Specials. Told me my PC had a fault - possibly Virus Infected - and first tried to access my PC via Teamviewer. This did not work so i was told to visit www.ammyy.com. have been getting these calls regularly, once daily for several weeks. I usually ignore the call when my caller display shows this number. Last week I rang 1471 for the hell of it and got a recorded message -your wine club tried to contact you. I am actually a Laithwaites member and use them when I want to order wine. These calls seem to be part of a wider push to bring in more sales. However the recorded message also gives you an other number to ring if you wish not to receive further calls. This is 0800 6

Received an email saying package had been delivered and signed for by me when I wasn t in. Have tried to call, no answer. Have filed out their online form only to have it closed twice with an automated email saying I signed for it. I don t know if they delivered it or if they did i don t know where. Shocking.
