Spam call, claiming to be HMRC and that a letter addressed to me has been returned. States legal action will be taken against me and advises to press 1 to speak to one of their officers.

SCAM South East Asian accented gent opened with "Hello Mister (first name) how are you today?" - I knew immediately it was a bogus call so I told him to go and kill himself and then I hung up before he could reply.
Apparently I am being prosecuted for tax evasion and as I did not press option 1, I will be going to jail. Recorded message.
I have had several calls every day for months from this number. I'm fed up of being harassed.
Checked with the Bank they think it is a scam

Claims to be from O2 wanting to discuss my contract. I'm not on O2, but my number used to be on O2 many years ago, so I know it's a scam
