SCAM TV Insurance fraud, caller gets very aggressive when challenged, will not back down even when it's obvious that your not going to fall for their scam.

Silent call from a number stated as from the United Kingdom. Complete silence even after asking if anyone was there on other end before I hung up.
Fraud Called pretending to be instructed by an United Kingdom Insurance Limited. He spoke very convincingly and was stubborn that the call was "not out of the blue" that he was instructed to call me because they had to transfer funds to me in relation to driving accident that was not my fault. I asked him to delete whatever data they have about me, but he persisted to go with a negotiation about his call being fully legit and lawful. He only dropped when I asked his name and surname for
