Have received numerous calls from this number however they keep hanging up when I answer the phone. I called them back only to be greeted by an automated message telling me that I could remove my details simply by pressing number 2. I did this and since then the calls have increased to 4 or 5 calls a day. I have now blocked the number from my phone.
Always ringing mobile around 5pm and during day, answer call too hear silence before they ring off

Cold call from a man from washing machine dept Hoover??? asking me to confirm my name and address. When I started to question him him he hung up.
Recorded message saying my internet was being disconnected in 4 hours. I didn't listen to anymore

I answered, took a few seconds for them to reply, very loud background noise, said it was Ryan from bbc and asked how my day was going. Not a good day for me so I just put the phone down
