I keep blocking numbers from 020 32556966 or 020 81940259 but they keep calling with the same prefix 020 xxxx changing numbers. Very annoying calls. I never answer by the way.

Claimed to be our local government energy consultants. Asked where he got our number from and he said from a list of people who had made energy improvements to their homes and that I was down as the homeowner. I told him we hadn't and therefore, please could he take us off the list and I then hung up. Obviously a SCAM!
