The number calls at around exactly the same time everyday, and leaves a voicemail that is completely blank. Called me 24 times today. told them 5times I haven t had an accident. Finally told them to f off, still got about 15 calls after. Very difficult to get them to drop the number, and I think when they do, they pass your number to another of the same type of scum. One one call I was told to f off, and on another I was called an assailed. Very professional company.

applied for loan online. received loads of ph calls & sms claiming they can sort loan, just ph them to proceed. same as other people are commenting, you get given another number to ph, which is 09no. told cost of call will be refuunded, & loan never materialises. Had a girl with a Liverpool accent. Funnily enough I work for bde law who also works along side albany assistance(the real company) i questioned her and she called me a f****ng weirdo and a c**t and told me to get run over by a bus.
