Today I received two automated voicemail messages on my landline. The messages verbally reported the source of the message as 08445437397 - though the third-party voicemail service calling me displayed on my phone as 03333440000. I can confirm that the two messages were genuine parcel delivery notifications from the Hermes parcels service. One notification was warning me about the impending delivery and the other was confirming that the delivery had been made.
