This is a marketing call from one of the innumerable mobile phone upgrade companies. They have got the list from EE and say they are calling on behalf of EE but they are not. They get you to renew your contract with a second rate upgrade to keep you paying for an overpriced contract. I have told them many times I will be getting a sim only deal but they keep phoning back. I guess they get paid according to how many calls they make.
Called my mobile yesterday at 11.30am. Didn't answer as don't recognise number. No message left so assume cold call.
This number is an insurance company called Reassured who call repeatedly and won't give up.
