Fraud
They called and knew my full name and old postcode. Asked me for my new address in order to ask me 'the correct set of questions'. I felt uncomfortable and so hung up.
SCAM Number included on an email apparently from Norton stating credit card expired contact immediately, later to be told by Norton it was a fraudulent company from the Dark Web. When called, phone operator said was Norton, and wanted to log into account to then put payment through with them on the line. Do not use or answer!
