I keep getting calls from this number and they hang up just after I say hello

SCAM They called saying it was BT openreach about slow internet and mentioned a long list of providers. Noisy background. Passed me to another person next to her pretending to be technical team. I said TPS registered to no effect. He said I was connected to the tech team to which I replied you mean a fraudster. TOTAL SILENCE and phone went dead.
