Phone number Comment Option 1353780018 caller will not leave a message on BT answer. called twice in 3 hours. company may have access to medical records? 1353780018 Like most of the others I was asked to confirm I was me. Me who? I only heard the call on the answerphone, no way I d pick it up. Have had 3 now within a few hours, hope they give up as most spammers do when we don t answer any calls. 1353780018 Rang me, Asked me to confirm who I was then hung up before I could do so. 1353780018 I also received a call, it was a reminder from my hospital. First time i put the phone down, second time i pressed 1 as requested, listened to the message and it stopped calling me. 1353780018 I have received a call from this number too and it was a reminder for my outpatients appointment at the local hospital. In all fairness, it was big help as I had misplaced my letter. I can asure everyone that thisis NOT a scam. 1353780018 A voice just asks "is this you, press 1 etc" I do not believe this is anything to do with the NHS as I do not have any appointments with hospitals or GP s. Have now blocked the number. 1353780018 useless no message pain in the butt 1353780018 This number is being used by GP surgeries, like my own, to automate alerts to patients to make a flu-jab appointment. This is why they have your name and telephone number. I ve verified this number with my GP surgery and it s NOT a scam. The reason the caller asks for confirmation that it s you is for privacy reasons. 1353780018 Received a call asking "If this is you press 1 for Yes and 2 for no". If this is an NHS number, surely they should at least introduce themselves, as a bare minimum! I put the phone down and googled the number. 1353780018 this is for anyone with hospital appointments, if you have received a letter from the hospital it is just a confirmation call. or if they have to cancel your appointment. 1353780018 MJog send reminder messages on behalf of NHS Hospitals and GP surgeries throughout UK. The System with tel numbers is held locally at health provider and they have permission from their patients to be contacted by the surgery - all MJOG do is provide the software and telephone number to do so - MJog also provides your text messages from the surgery as well if you have an issue with the service please contact your healthcare provider and ask to be opted out. 1353780018 It has been suggested, that if you press a number on an automatic phone switchboard, it can legally be taken as your consent to be contacted !!! 1353780018 Left message to say "Press one for yes, press 2 for no" with no further details. Now read comments to suggest it is the NHS offering flu vaccinations, which we definitely do not want. 1353780018 No greeting disclosing callers identity. Surely this can be part of automated message. Why would a legitimate company choose not to reveal unless there is something to raise concern. All it asks is to press 1. Why would anyone risk it? 1353780018 This company may be employed by the NHS hospitals and GPs but in this day and age automated numbers are not always trustworthy especially when the recipient is elderly. If you ring the no. back you only get an auomated and very brief instruction to call "your healthcare provider"very helpful,NOT! There is no number on their website for the public, why?.In all not a company you could feel comfortable with? Why are is our Health service using these type of companies and a what cost? 1353780018 rate ed as nuisance call 1353780018 Got call from 01353780018, asked me to call my GP Surgery to book a Flu Vac 1353780018 More NHS money wasted. This appears to be a genuine NHS call. It seems to be aimed at elderly people who are vulnerable to scam calls. No doubt the scammers will be emulating this type of call. 1353780018 I had 2 of these calls this morning, Googled the number and read the comments here, so I rang my GP surgery direct to ask and they said yes, it was them ringing to confirm smoking status of their patients. I explained my (and others ) alarm at the nature of the calls and they didn t seem to get it at all, nor care that it was causing concern ! So yes, it s legitimate but zero marks for competence, and beware!: I have had very similar calls from banks to approve money transfers out of my account. I wo 1353780018 With so many strange & cold calling these Days is it any wonder people are very concerned about unrecognised numbers. So who the hell are these people on 01353780018 1353780018 As others have mentioned this a NHS number reminding or asking you things about your health. Main problem is that it persistently rings daily till you answer the bloody thing. 1353780018 Called recieved on Sunday 30 Sept @10 am. No message left only a brief "Your health is important to us" Is it a scam or genuine? who can tell from that? Wont call back as this may create other problems. Be safe. 1353780018 The rating of 9 is because I hate all calls from anyone who I have not requested a call from. This is the NHS trying to be up to date and ringing to confirm an appointment in a few days. This is not a person ringing but a recorded voice asking to press 1 etc just to confirm that you are available for an appointment 1353780018 Had another call today asking if it was my name, press 1 if correct or 2 if not. Very concerned Said it was my surgery but how do I know. Automated voice not even saying my name correctly. As there are so many scams feel not appropriate for NHS to use this service. I did not respond. 1353780018 I just received a call from this number with an automated message that simply stated "If this is you, please 1 for Yes and 2 for No". WTF? If **WHO** is me would be a good start! When I confirmed that I am in fact me (I couldn t be anybody else) it then asked me to enter my year of birth. I hung up to this nonsense. **** right off - if an automated service isn t going to introduce who it is or why it s calling it s going nowhere. 1353780018 No greeting disclosing callers identity. Surely this can be part of automated message. Why would a legitimate company choose not to reveal unless there is something to raise concern. All it asks is to press 1. Why would anyone risk it? 1353780018 With so many strange & cold calling these Days is it any wonder people are very concerned about unrecognised numbers. So who the hell are these people on 01353780018 1353780018 This has been set up by the NHS administration. You get the message 'if this is you press 1 if not press 2. The caller does not identify himself, but can be access via 1471 as coming from Ely. A total waste of time.
