Call kept breaking up. so did not hear the full sales pitch. i call the number back and it sounded like the old dial up internet noise and then into a calling tone as if in a third world country No idea about this but would say definitely a spam/scam call
Called from ACI, a notoriously persistent and harassing debt collection agency. In my case chasing an old debt to Uncle Buck Finance (another notoriously bad debt provider) after the case had already been through another debt collection agency, went through court, they failed and had a costs order made against them.
