Call to my mobile but only silence when I accepted the call. Neither of us spoke and the caller hung up!

I have had a few calls from these but i never answer 08 numbers because 9 times out of ten they are dodgy and probably charge you for answering. I would love to know how they get your number. I have blocked this number from calling me again.
Received call from this number asked if I was who I was then hung up. Tried to call them back with no success. Strange to have been on a local dial code.

Cold call ringing about a copier that we have on the premises! Have never dealt with these people but they seem to know my name (owner) and sounds like they are fishing for info ! Be wary!
