caller assumed that I wanted to be sent forms to claim ppi back even though I told her I'd already sorted it. I asked to be taken off their list and for them to stop calling, she said she would but then tried to continue the call.

Got call this morning at 10.33 . Did nt answer it as I suspected as much. TPS needs to get their finger out and sort firms like this out. "Pevert the course of Justice offence?" Sad bit is it ll be a UK law firm who are most likely bank rolling it.

SCAM / SPAM Automated American call claiming that £39.95 would be automatically taken from my account. If I wanted to stop this I should press 1 and speak to a representative. This occured today at 17.34 . This is the same call from earlier but with a Worcester number.
