This was definitely a call from a scammer. These use spoofed numbers, originate outside the UK and are untraceable. NEVER GIVE ANY INFORMATION to these callers or confirm you...

Didn't recognise the number so left it to go to answerphone. They rang off without leaving a message. Search subsequently showed it's a scam / sales call.
Calls are disconnected as soon as you answer
phone rang 1t 6.15pm. my handset identified caller as possible spam. i answered but was silent. the call was ended by caller. decided to block the number.

SCAM it’s the you’ve had a car accident scam once again using local phone numbers beware

had a call pre-recorded call from this number claiming someone was trying to carry out a transaction for £900 from my Visa Debit Card (not specific about which one) and asking to confirm if it was me. Seems dodgy.

Some scam loans company - never heard or dealt with them, rang asking for someone random on my number several times, but claimed not to be able to find that person or the number...
