Fraud. A person claiming they are calling form CarPhone. Trying to sell me a new mobile plan with 40% discount. They could answer a my question if they are want me to switch my provider or they have a deal from my own mobile provider. They also didn't know who my provider is but wanted me to tell then. I started asking questions and it became more and more evident it is a scam. Text Message ISP will not allow acess to URL given on mobile Therefore this must be a scam or a phishing text. Anyone receiving a text from this number should block and or report it.
Ignored number as never answer ones I don't know. Suspected it was a scam, confirmed by others here.
