got a few phone calls from this number, never answered... rang back on withheld number to a guy with a livepudian accent answer the phone stating the company was called Conclusive Financial
Got silence and then hung up on. Called back later and it was Harringtons financial advise or something similar, PPI claims company spam calling people. Got another call from a different area code that was also them, have just logged that.

There are 19 complaints about this number on another site, all made in September (2016). I got a faint and indistinct call from it at 7.30 in the evening. A man with foreign accident was trying to tell me someone in my family had had an accident. In the circumstances I was quite polite. When I told him he must have the wrong number he rang off. Then I was able to resume the job that had been interrupted.
