Very similar experience.. Female called to state my wife was involved in some kind of legal proceeding and our house was under surveillance. Do not disregard the message and call the number back immediately.. This is clearly a scam to get you to call the premium rate call number back. Hopefully they cant access my wife's phone.?? This number just called my landline, the lady claimed that she was from Sky and that it had been reported time that my sky broadband was not performing at the correct speed. She did not confirm any of my customer details. Then she asked me what devices were connected to the broadband and instructed me to go to the p.c, so tat I could adjust the broadband settings. Fraudulent. I found him.in Google, and he done me a reservation for a flight tickets. When I asked for his company house to make sure that I am paying an active company I found out that the company is desolved on beginning on 2019. The company made the reservation based on LA, USA. He was suspicious because the ticket was much cheaper than market price.

Was cold called from this number today - I think it was a scammer - pretending to be a senior network technician from BT wanting to ask me about "error messages from my internet wifi connection". From the questions I was asked, I think it likely they were about to try to get me to give them remote access to my computer. I told them not to phone me again and out the phone down.
