This call came from Kirby (they identified themselves at the start), and last I knew they were not allowed to trade as Kirby, so I marked it as a scam because of my history with them, this is over a number of years, at the start they were great, but this did not last, we started getting calls from other 'Kirby' places, and every single call claimed they were from head office (and still happens), but when I asked where they were from, and most said they were from Bristol, over 100 miles away from me, compare
