Company called Research Resource.They carry out customer satisfaction surveys on behalf of other services you have used.In my case they were doing a survey on behalf of my housing association.I did opt into this with my housing association.Lady was very polite & friendly.This is a legit call.

Caller pretends to be from BT alledging illegal access to your broadband. Asks you to download a website Anydesk.com. This shows you suppossedly all the users who are accessing you broadband. Then they ask you to check your bank account and lo and behold someone has taken money from your account. In the next few minutes they show you that you have been credited with a large amount of money. This is to say thank you for helping them track scammers.
