must be a scam. I have never been to. Or know anyone from there.
"Sandy Williams" called to confirm our attendance at a show. Given that people calling from a consecutive number (02045490903) to hers are scammers calling about attendance at a show, I think it's a scam. See https://whocalledmeuk.co.uk/phone-number/2045490903

Claimed to be O2, quickly hung up the phone.

This was an automated call advising I had suspected fraud on my accounts. Gave 2 transactions and was asked to press 1 to accept 2 to decline. I put the phone down and called the bank. It wasn’t them! Please just put the phone down on this number and don’t press any buttons

An Indian sounding gentleman on a very bad line, claimed to be calling me from Currys PCWorld with a promotion to upgrade my cellphone (his term) for no charge, could I just confirm what phone I currently had? As I do not have a mobile contract through Currys PCWorld I knew this was a scam call and hung up.
