Safe number
Answered but nobody spoke. Called number back but as with many of these 07731 numbers recently, it was "not recognised". Can only assume it's not above board.

Fraud
Tried ringing it back, but will not go through. Just cuts off.
Con man using various call numbers to con you block them
Energy supplier demanding to agree to contract for move. Pretending to have instructions from current supplier. That's strange as current supplier doesn't know new address. Be on your guard and use a password if possible.
SPAM
SPAM I kept getting calls from this number and then a doggy voicemail saying we will take legal action. The voicemail sounded like a robot.
Annoying. Came up as a missed call. The phone had not rung.
SCAM a gentleman of Indian persuasion or cultural heritage that thought I was female. Which is a nice touch, but last time I scratched an itch all my tackle was very much in place. I loved the Virgin Media representation, however I had the feeling iny belly that he was a scamming bastard. Mysteriously the phone call was cut short which I'm rather disappointed by as I was just about to share some colourful medical issues that I've recently heard from my mother. Then there's the whole truth about the jabs
SCAM The old, old scam call from "Microsoft;" dreadful line so almost certainly not a UK call centre; scamster's accent doesn't match the location of the dialling code. I'm delighted these people are so incompetent!
