Dodgy welsh guy has rung on three occasions now telling me how successful they have been recovering mis-sold PPI from Banks and F.Is. Despite repeated replies that I have never had any PPI, he still persisted in an aggressive manner to try and get info from me claiming that I will have paid it without knowing. My advise: Don t disclose anything and put the phone down. They are a bunch of complete idiots !!
Automated message from Amazon saying my account is being renewed for an amount and asking to press an option to speak to someone. Definitely a scam
They said they were from Amazon and I had a £900 transaction taken from my account he asked me to follow his instructions ( I did know it was a scam) I told him ok he said to put him on loud speaker and he was going to give me a 9 digit code to enter into my phone, I asked him if he could call me back in 10 minutes when my daughter is home as she works for the police he suddenly hung up. I have passed the phone number on to Amazon but I’m worried about the people that they do trap please don’t give any one

Received a call on my mobile at around 11.30am, and was told I had a refund via PPI from a credit card or loan. Had to ask me which one and from which bank. (Should know all this before calling me, how else would they know if I m owed anything?) Besides the point, I have never had a loan and the one credit card I had was from over 10 years ago and has been delt with a long time ago, so I know I m not owed anything. The guy asked, for security reasons obviously, my post code and other various things. (DO NOT

Caller said he was from "BT Exchange" but could not provide a proper registered company name. Wanted to know how many "extensions" were on the line as they were "working on the local exchange" and if we didn t tell him we would be "cut off at 11am for 2 weeks".
