I had a problem with my dyson vacuum cleaner so looked on the internet yell.com and this company came up first so I called them and spoke to a young chap on the phone very pleasant he offered a free pick up or I could drop it in to them, as I pass going to work from cupar I thought I would drop it in.
On dropping it off I was very surprised by the size of there premises and seem to take up most of the street with private parking,office store and also a workshop.
A few hours later I got a call "

"This guy rings pretending to be from Dyson and offering a vacuum cleaner service for £15. Then told my 82 year old parents it was a fire risk and charged £45. The receipt gives very iffy address details and is almost certainly fake. There seems to be a legit company with a similar name on the same street. My paeents now need to pay again to see what he did to it! Dyson don t cold call!!!!"

"I have had vac care services out to service my dyson several times they are a legitimate company as I checked this out previously, I had the engineer Adam out today and was not disappointed, my machine is in a better condition now from when I first bought it, the suction is great and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needed there Hoover seen to. the third call i recived was a call centre agent who heaily breathed down the phone at me and the next call was a women calling to fyrther harrass me by asking me to confirm an appointment which I did not ask for.
Discusted by thier actions and underhandedness.
Hovers are easy to fix and i suggest getting a screw driver and sorting it yourself, dont give your money to these people.
