NOT a scam it is a wheelie bin cleaning company I have used for years.
Claimed to be from Orange / EE and even though it wasn t a "marketing" call, as they put it, is was exactly that .. Hung up before they got the chase ..
I believe it is a HMRC Tax Fraud Scam
The number is fake. It is from a range of numbers reserved by ofcom for use in TV & films.
