This number should be a landline from London area. This number seems to be used for a classical telemarketing, or it is a directly some general call centre. They usually work for some third company and call with offer of some goods or services for the actual company they were hired for. In this case the number is mostly reported in connection with debt collecting, but also was reported with a cold calling (seems to be used for robocaller of some call centre). Better block it...
SCAM - Pretending to be carphone warehouse. Called twice now. The first time I asked how they got my number, and they said my current phone provider gave it to them. When I told them that can't be true as my company doesn't work with carphone warehouse they hung up. The second time I asked how they got it and they hung up instantly.

Automated voicecall advising IP address compromised and needs to be changed. Also advised that internet would be switched off within 24 hours. Press 1 to be connected to technician who can resolve situation. No way. This is a scam. Had same type of call yesterday from a different number and internet has not been affected.
HRMC I got a call saying that I own them £10 million ,if I pay straight away they will give me a discount ,so I just put the phone down as I don’t have £100.
They said - I understand you were recently in a car accident that was not your fault. This is completely untrue. I thanked them and said I hadn't, and its probably been about 2 weeks since the last similar call and hung up
