Didn t answer as I didnt recognise the number but when I looked it up it is Premier Radio who I gave my number too in the past.
Asked the same question, "have u been involved in non fault accident recently"? I asked what s their name and what company they are working for. At that point scam lady hang up.

Apparently from Microsoft security department, informing me my computer has been hacked and they require access. They soon hung up when I simply said nothing to them. Definitely a scam.
