I misses this call as my phone was off but a quick Internet search told me this was an Indian scam call centre pretending to be in London, with an outside London area code. This number can be purchased for roughly ?3. Do not answer it is a scam.

Called me a few minutes ago today to offer me a deal regarding my debt management plan.
