Called by this number yesterday. They left a recorded message, an advert for claiming mis-sold PPI. No idea who the company is, but 01257 is a number in Coppull, Lancashire.

Have received four calls today and a couple for the last five days. Tried to return call - said number not in service. On few occasions a female spoke then hung up. Annoying to say the least!

Just received a call from this number, a female with an American accent, who wanted to ask a few questions (a survey, not selling anything). Asked where she got my number (we are with TPS) and she said BT. I explained there s no way BT would give out (or sell) a number registered with TPS. I explained it s illegal to coldcall TPS-registered numbers. I asked if she was calling from the US, she said no, it s a UK company but the call is being made from an offshore address. I said goodbye.

I usually don t answer numbers I don t know (as I get a lot), but I felt like answering this time. A bloke with a northern accent asked for Mr Chin . I told him I don t know that name (as it s not my name and I know no one of that name.) The man on the phone then asked: "Are you hiding him?" I told him no and I don t know that person and then I hung up. I ve had my mobile number since I was a young teenager (10+ years). Asked the caller for his name and name of the company he worked for. He just kept repeating my name, saying 1twas the same as his. I told him to remove my number from his list but he refused to do so saying it wasn t possible. I ve now blocked it.

Had 6 missed calls from this number. 3 in 5 minutes. Annoying desperate and don't notice I declined there call twice as in meeting.

Totally bullshit company. The operator gets almost upset when you refuse his advice. I have had numerous calls, all routed through a Liverpool exchange number (01513752326). When I confirmed their location as Manchester, and when I questioned why through a Liverpool exchange, got all defensive. Hard sell agents, harassing isn t a strong enough word. Illegal should be more of a description! Block the numbers, never ever trust this company.
