Called me several times over the course of a week and when I answered they said it wasn t a sales call but could I tell them if I had taken out any credit cards etc in the past two years. Told him I wasn t going to tell him that kind of info and asked to be removed from his database. He politely said yes and have a good night!

Asked for a random name. I said they don t live here. Asked who was calling, they guy said "I can t tell you that"! It s not a breach of Data Protection to say who s calling, but as he refused I just said take my number off your records, and then once I had hung up I googled the number and it showed it was Rossendales debt collection.
