Claimed I owed money to HMRC and if I didn t press 1 a warrant would be issued for my arrest. I am retired and not a taxpayer, also not senile so didn t respond.

Another automatic call threatening to proceed with a criminal case if I didn't press 1 immediately.....hung up and didn't finish listening to the rest of the message... Second call of this nature in a week on different numbers....when trying to message them back to tell them where to go the message was blocked both times.

Didn t catch for whom the jolly lady was calling on behalf of but wanted to ask a few consumer questions.. I said I don t do surveys and ended the call..
Rang again - call centre. Asking for the home owner. I told her this wasn t a home number, she apologised and hung up. Obviously thought that they d give me a call back after finding out the number didn t belong to Mrs Sumner and ask for the home number.
