I keep getting these calls from mobile numbers which have the same first few digits as my own, I never answer them, but they must be dangerous.

Jordana from Energy Council (Glasgow accent) called me from 0141 280 0160 which is not in service. Told me I was entitled to assistance with energy appliances. I said I doubt that because my husband and I are both in full time employment and she said it was nothing to do with that, it was a way to replace a boiler.
