They are the collection department at three. It may be that a bill is a few days late, arrangement is due soon or alike. They are simply calling to find out when you can make payment. They are quite good and working with you to create a payment plan that is affordable and regular.

Asked if i had been involved in any road traffic accidents in the last 3 years. I said no. Said they would take me off their database. We ll see! Sounded like a liverpudlian accent.

Have had this call now a number of times they don t like it when you say your not interested and do get aggressive and very patronising - they are nothing if not persistent Ive listed them in my phone book on my caller display as "don t answer" !!!

I blocked this number after reading on a number of sites that they are a market research company. Don t believe their story that they do not have to comply with data screening /TPS lists etc. I do not think that their excuse we are not a marketing/sales company should excuse these people from TPS lists and private numbers They are unsolicited / cold callers.
