Safe number: this is the number used by Apple is you ask for a phone call to verify your Apple account. It's actually in Texas in the US, and not Liverpool - it's a quirk of formatting. I know because I've just been through the system and dialled the number back to confirm.
Recorded message. Claims to be from the National Crime Agency advising that National Insurance number has been cancelled due to an ongoing fraud investigation against recipient....
