They called our office a few times this week, when you pick up your hear a little background noice, this time it sounded like someone typing, and then they hang up..

Didn’t pick up as I didn’t recognise the number. Traced to Yakutsk in Russian Federation so immediately suspect.

Pre recorded message telling me I had won money
hung up when I answered. suspect it s an ambulance chaser called CTS as they called earlier today using a different number.
Missed calls from this number; went through to Oxford City Council when I returned them
Claims to be from DWP & demanding bank details or be taken to court for arrears.
Annoying automated calls supposedly from my internet provider (they are not) saying my internet is about to be cut off. The calls come at all times of day, even before 8am.
SCAM Caller claimed to be from Amazon. She asked if I had recently ordered and iPhone and when said I hadn’t she exclaimed “Oh my god, this order has been made fraudulently, we need to cancel this order!” She started trying to get me to give her my account details and got very frustrated when I refused. She then passed me across to a second person who introduced herself with the same name and started with the same script. Do not give any account details to these people. They are operating a scam.
Can be 02 as have spoke to them about the outstanding bill. Be careful though, as anyone can call and pretend to be from your mobile company to claim your card details. I will sort it directly with the bank and the mobile company.
