Caller says he is from the BBC but by the sounds of his accent and the quality of the line it sounds like a typical call center in India. I just cut them off. Doesn t take a lot of brain cells to realise quite quickly they are not from the BBC.

Asian sounding caller. Could not fully understand but had all the characteristics of a hoax call.

'Accident advice centre' who rang me after I had a car accident. I was already distressed due to having had a car accident and the man who I spoke with wouldn't let me speak, was asking me questions about my crash even though he claimed to have my accident information in front of him. When I asked did I need to speak with him because I'm already going through another claim company, he wouldn't take no for an answer, continued to speak over me.
