Fraud SPAM Allegedly from UK GOV ref illegal parking - pay immediately to avoid litigation. Number links to a landline in Russia.
They start off asking for someone else and when told that they have wrong number, they try to engage you in a conversation about something new and digital. I have reported to TPS - best not to answer as it sounds like a hard sell tactic, probably a scam. I would really like to know how they get people s mobile numbers?
The number has been calling me so many times and everytime I pick it up there s no one on the other side.
