Introduced himself as being from the Energy Helpline in association with, and then I am sure he said the Daily Mail. He asked for me by name. I asked him how he got my number and he didn t answer my question instead said he would have to phone me back at a later date.

This number has tried phoning multiple times. I haven't picked up because why would I if I'm not expecting a call from London. No idea if it is dangerous or not but just tread carefully with it I guess.
I didn't answer but when tried to ring back .. it only rang once and cut out ...

Claimed to be from Microsoft, sounded very knowledgeable, had an answer for everything. I could not trap him with any question, he didn t falter once and could easily convince the gullible. PLEASE be careful! HANG UP!!
