Called about being in a car crash trying to sell me insurance. Never owned a car. Never been involved in any accident of any kind, but knew my full name, address, address history and minor tax details. Very suspicious, reported to police.

Missed call

Never heard of these guys, and then suddenly- I recieve a phone call EVERY 10 minutes from them one day and half the time they hang up when I answer. Talk about inflicting anxiety and panic attacks.

said they were from bt and going to disconnect my broadband for 35 days

Silent caller. Either a pervert or someone selling PPI- is there any difference?

This number when you pick the phone up has an auto voice which says you have had £600 taken from your account,

Caller said anything of Solar Energy Solutions, is very difficult to understand. The issue here seems to be a call center. There are many voices in the background listening to and I ll called several times a day. Now I know that it s pointless and I ignore the number.

Believe this is a claims company for accident compensation.

Called to offer me cheap phone and broadband services saying they can save me 50% - without knowing how little i m paying already!!!! He got very defensive when poiltely informed him i i wasn t interested, and to be honest he should have stopped at that point, but no, he just kept going on. Cold calling should be illegal as it is more often than not a form harrasement.

Thai number called, and immediately cut off. When I tried to return the call I got the response " check the number and dial again" invalid number. this seams odd as I redialled from my phone log?

Had a phone call from 01223 931700 From Amazon but didn't like the content so contacted Amazon they said it was not them and they do not contact you by phone. So must be a scam!

I tried calling the number, and there was no connection.

I no longer answer my telephone. The answering machine is always on and so if no message is left they usually ring back the following day at a different time. No message - no call returned

everytime I ask them to give me the company name they hang up, number shows as a London area code but when you call back it s dead? using IP phones with local area codes for the UK, going by their accents I would say most probably coming from India. Do NOT tell them anything about yourself, as they ll only sell it on to another dodgy bunch who will keep up the harassment.

This company was originally using a landline number. They are now calling people from a bogus mobile number which shows up as 07463 804966. They are not legitimate and seeking additional info about you. When you call the mobile number back a recording says that the number is not recognised. Hang up or block them, but do not confirm your name or address as they ask you to do.

if you take their survey you are bombarded with numerous approaches from sales companies - do not give them any information [email?protected]

I ve had so many missed calls of these people then they send me a message which came up just a number and asked if they "can call me later"! Well I thought it was someone trying to get sexual with me until I put the number in here and seen,realised these ejits had text me twice of different numbers!!! The other text actually came up as CARS and was asking me to call them urgently!!! ,not after reading these comments!!
