Recorded message about "The National Database shows you have not yet had your energy efficiency survey.........all homes need to have a A-rated boiler by 2017." What national database? Press 2 for more information, 9 to stop receiving these calls. I did neither. Number now blocked on my call blocker. This is the same message as I got from 0844 337 3015 and 0844 337 3019 last week, which I have reported to the information commissioner. Our number is ex directory and registered with TPS.
