Crowdfarming called about my adoption.
It is my BB provider and they ask me 2 charaters out of the security question I set up with them and my surname for data protection before discussing my account. I must say the person I spoke to was friendly and actually gave me a discount on my current deal, did not try n sell me more stuff which was good.

Claiming to be BT technical department, trying to get access to my computer registry.

Continuously calling not giving any information often rude. They know our names and address. Have often had them telling us to fcuk off.
Number called took ages to reply once I answered the call. Some foreign chap whom I could not understand properly asked me if I was XXXX (my name) I asked what it was about he said it was a survey and nothing else I told him I was not interested so he hung up.
