Hung up when I asked them to repeat the company name they were from, and still couldn't catch it after a second repeat.
The lady who called said she was from a house & window company based in SW London, so why is the phone number in Pontypridd, please?
calling about repairs seemed geniune but not sure did not ask for any personal details ????
