SCAM: Automated call claiming there's an arrest warrant in my name for tax fraud.

Some moron who calls, doesn't say anything and then hangs up. Tried calling back 5 times but they declined my call.
I was called from this number, claiming there is something wrong with my internet connection and saying that if I didn't answer his questions he would cut me off from BT who he said is providing my access. Very insistent, wouldn't give me details how he came to have my number but didn't know my name! Yes, ridiculous but maybe someone else would believe him. It sounded like a call centre in the background, definitely fraudulent.

Automated voice, claiming that I am being prosecuted for tax avoidance. SCAM, just hang up.
Silent call
had a text, alledgedly from Paypal, letting me know my account had been blocked for security. Also had alink to get it back up and running....seriously !

Unsure of this number, it promised a third prize in a draw I recall nothing about.
12 calls in the last 24 hours from this number. Answered first call and was told they were to do with PPI, I immediately asked to be removed from calling list caller then became rude and abusive. No further calls answered, this seems to not deter them at all, and is bordering on criminal harassment.
