I said I didn’t understand , cut him off and immediately rang BT asked what was going on, they told me this was a hoax call, fortunately I gave no information. This is the second call this week. DONT GIVE ANY INFORMATION TO THESE PEOPLE.

I answer unknown numbers without speaking and, generally, it is a computer generated call which cuts off if you don't speak. If you speak or make a noise an operator will be connected to you. I have found these calls to be cold-callers or scams.
