Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 12272175xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI, pensions, insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

had two separate calls from this number , upon phoning it back this morning I got a strange ringing noise and then some Spanish sounding music started playing. I believe it to be some sort of telemarketer or scam call centre , places like that pay for papers full of home phone numbers and mobile numbers and use them to try and offer services etc only way to rid yourself of them is by putting yourself on a TPS list which I am now doing so myself .
