Had 2 text messages from this number today claiming they're from HMRC, and I'm enititled to a tax refund, I guess it's a scam.
This is the third unsolicited call in the past 7 days from different numbers that I have now blocked.

SCAM / SPAM It is saying it is a call from DHL. A final call for your parcel delivery. It is spoken in Chinese. As I know, DHL will never has a AI voice in Chinese. Rubbish call. Blocked.
