con artist say they are from bt openreach want to run speedtest duh 1. BT openreach do not identify themselves as BT, the just say openreach - check the vans, they are a bt company and try to play it down 2. my contract is not with openreach, it is with vodaphone 3. I have a vodafone speed test app on my phone which is not erporting problems (other speedtest software is available)

SCAM "BT Open Reach" - would I check how many lights are lit up on my router, as the main server is receiving error messages. Did my usual routine of pretending to be a little old lady whose grandson helped her with computers. Creepily, he wanted to know when my "grandson" would be home.
