Called with message about unauthorized payment from my debit card, if it wasn't you press 1. I did out of interest. Spoke with a man with Indian accent. He knew my name and surname which is highly unnerving. He said a payment of £900 and something pounds had been taken from my debit card. I replied "oh no, it wasn't me, can you help me?". He said yes, he needed some information. I asked which bank debit card? He said Amazon then hung up. Seriously!

Caller told me fraudulent transactions on my MasterCard for £300 I asked which card, her answer MasterCard. Then asked which MasterCard and she said couldn’t tell me, so I said if you don’t know which one nor do I and I hung up.
