Had message saying this number has left me a voicemail... no record of the nimber in my calls list and no voicemail message left. Also a spam warning shows up with the voicemail message text. Dodgy

Someone claiming to be called "Nancy" calling up to discuss our FirstData merchant account but given that she called us and not the other way around she refused to speak to me without answering "security questions" but refused to answer my security questions asked of her to prove she was who she was and calling from the company in question. Claimed it was to do with duplicate transactions but without in-bound callers validating their legitimacy by answering my security questions I won t discuss such matters
